And What A Beautiful Mess This Is

dear summer,

please come faster. the weather right now sucks. its cold windy and rainy. ick. it makes me wanna sleep all day. haha.

soo for english class. we're reading romeo and juliet and we had to write a sonnet about anything. so here goes:


Waking up at 12 on a Saturday..
Neighbors mowing their lawn, smell of fresh grass,
Birds chirp, coffee brews, kids yell, should I stay?
Jump outta bed realizing there's no class.

Freedom never tasted so good like pop
After the flowers bloom, it is funtime!
Bring out the shorts, bathing suits, and flip flops.
Hot blazing sun pours out rays of sunshine!

After sitting in the car forever,
I inhale the smell of ocean and sand
Scorching sand beneath my feet, whatever
The cool crystal clear water feels grand.

Playing an intense game of hide and seek,
Humid winds blows on swings and monkey bars...
S'mores over crack'ling fire by the creek.
Make a wish, gaze ouat the shooting stars!

Oh sweet summer, you're my favorite season,
B'cuz of all those many many reasons!!!

hey everyoneee!

hows it goingg? i honestly have no idea why im writing a journal.. its not like anyone is going to be reading them. haha. welll im sooo happy its spring. but it doesnt really feel like it.. it feels more like fall. boooo. oh well, i like walking around in this weather as lame as that sounds. so my spring break basically starts next friday and im sooo exciteded. i need a break. school is just too tiring. i might be going down to va to see family and what not. and while im down there, im seeing the downtown fiction and the goodnight anthem. soo pumped!!! you guys should def. listen to them sometime or even better.. go see their hometown show. april 10th at jammin java in vienna, va if you live in that area. david from tdf has amazing covers.. [ www.myspace.com/iampavs ] and then in may, im seeing ftsk, the white tie affair, and red car wiree!

you know what REALLY bothers me. when bands go on tour and they go to all the places around where you live but dont come to where you live. like i live in pittsburgh, they always to go to colomobus, cleveland, philly, allentown [i dont know even know where that is!!] sigh. and when they do come, it's either sold out or i can't go. grrr. jack's mannequin is touring with the fray in the summer but of course they dont come to pittsburgh. and neither is the honda civic tour, believers never die tour, or the guys guys guys tour. blahh. blink 182 better be coming here.
